Hi, I'm Angela

Climbing the proverbial corporate ladder I began to wonder:

FAQs

Our team tends to talk at cross-purposes at times and decision-making is a bit of a hit-and-miss affair! Will this power sprint help me pull things together a bit tighter?

For sure. Effective team communications are essential for high performing teams. Especially when ego's and posturing gets in the way! This power sprint will not only help you to improve your role in communication with others, but will also give you some powerful tools to share with your team and get them onboard of effective communications.

I think I'm pretty social, but I struggle to connect with others in a meaningful and engaging way. Will this help me in a personal and professional manner?

Communication is communication - we cannot not communicate! Shifting from talking to engaging takes introspection and deliberate effort initially. But as you become better at it, you will find yourself engaging meaningfully in almost any social interaction you have be it with colleagues, loved ones, or total strangers!
Sound good - see you there on this power sprint!
